Our pits haven't been cleaned in years — is that a problem for you?
No — that's the work we're built for. Heavily silted pits and tanks take proper equipment and time: full extraction, scrape-down, and a high-pressure wash back to bare concrete. We'll also tell you honestly if anything is damaged.
Can you clean OSD tanks under buildings and basements?
Yes. Below-ground and basement OSD tanks are core work for us — long hose runs from the truck, confined-space certified crews, and the patience to do tight chambers properly.
How do we know the work was actually done?
You see it. We photograph the asset before and after — sludge levels, benching, outlets — and provide tipping dockets for every load removed.
One-off catch-up or recurring servicing?
Both. Plenty of our stormwater work is a one-off deep clean on a neglected system. Recurring servicing is available where your stormwater management plan or asset condition calls for it.
