These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "user"), and ASB Vac Services Pty Ltd ("ASB", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website at asbvacservices.com.au and any related media or applications (collectively, the "Site"). 1. Services Description

ASB Vac Services Pty Ltd provides non-destructive digging and EPA-licensed liquid waste services across Sydney and Greater Sydney. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Non-Destructive Digging: potholing, slot trenching, and hydro excavation using high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
• Liquid Waste Removal: stormwater pits, oily water, grease traps, sewerage and septic, industrial waste, and scheduled maintenance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services or the Site at any time without notice. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented, we do not warrant that service details or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

2. Quotes, Estimates, and Pricing

The Site provides tools to request quotes and bookings (e.g. our "Get a Quote" form). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Non-binding estimates: any figures, rates, or timelines provided through the Site, email, or initial phone consultations are strictly estimates based on the limited information provided by you. They do not constitute a binding offer.
• Verification required: final pricing is contingent upon assessment of specific job requirements, site conditions, waste disposal fees, and equipment availability.
• Contractual agreement: no binding contract for physical services exists until a formal work order or service agreement is agreed by both parties.

3. Cookies, Caching, and Tracking

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar tracking technologies on the Site to customise and improve your experience. These are used for essential site operation, to remember information you have entered into forms during a session, and for analytics.
